Pay-as-you-go Executive Payment Agreement

In order to make our service available to all, we are adding a new Pay-As-You-Go Executive payment plan.  This payment option enables you to purchase our full version Executive Mentorship program using this convenient pay-as-you-go payment option.  The price of the Executive program using the pay-as-you-go plan is a non-refundable $3589.00.  With the pay-as-you-go payment option, you are not obligated to continue your training beyond the first installment.  To continue training, you simply purchase the next training level.  You may end your training at anytime and without penalty. 

With the pay-as-you-go payment plan, materials are delivered electronically as each payment is made.  You can make one or more payments to access one or more training levels.  Each training unit is $598.15.  You must have purchased the previous training level before being allowed to access the next training level.  You cannot skip a training level. 

Each purchased level allows you to access the materials for two months from the date of purchase.  You'll also have unrestricted access to a single copy of purchased software.  If you purchase an additional module during your two month membership period, we'll add an additional two months of access to the previously purchased training level.  If all six Executive levels are purchased within one year, you'll enjoy one full year of training and support. There is no obligation to purchase additional training modules.  However, once a level has been purchased, there is absolutely no refunds.  


Payment Schedule:

Upon purchasing level one of our Executive Mentorship program, you're entering into a pay-as-you-go contract with the Disability Associates Corporation.  You're agreeing to purchase individual segments of our Executive training and support program with a total price of $3589.00.  All payments must be initiated by you and paid in full before access will be granted.  There will be no automatic payments with the pay-as-you-go program.  If you would like to use our automatic 6 pay payment plan, click here

You may purchase the next consecutive level of training at anytime.  However, to continue access to a previous level, you must purchase the next level before expiration of the previous 2 month membership period. 


Training Access Schedule:

All products are delivered electronically.  Products are delivered within 24 hours of payment not counting weekends.  Products are delivered consecutively according to our training schedule below.  You may not skip a training level.  All levels must be paid in full before access is granted. 

Level One:  DA Professional training software, Seven Pillars, Syllabus & Course Schedule, 9th edition Advocate Online Operational Study Modules.

Level Two:    Advocate Client Manager (Standard Edition) software, the Advocate Online Operational Business Modules. The Systems Explorer, 9th Edition Online Operational DRG and the Forms Buddy.

Level Three:  MemoWrite training program, 9th Edition Online Operational Marketing Program, E-commerce training program, Customer Presentation Pro and access to our free Client Referral Network.

Level Four:  Access to the Advanced Executive Web site Business and Resource Center and the Examination Primer software.

Level Five:  Office Suite professional software with illustrated training manual.  The office Suite contains four productivity programs in our latest Vista version 8 format. 

Level Six:  With this training level, you'll be formally assigned a professional mentor for one-on-one support services.  The length of this service depends upon the original date of your pay-as-you-go Executive contract.  The minimum mentor support period is two months and the maximum support period is one year. 

Accessing Materials: All pay-as-you-go training materials are delivered via digitally download.  You'll receive an e-mail membership notice with loading instructions within 24 hours of purchase not counting weekends. 

Violation of Contract:  If any of our training materials are double loaded or shared with an unauthorized user, your membership and access to all training materials including software will be immediately terminated without refund.  To avoid this problem, contact our office before attempting a second loading of the materials.

Refund Policy:  All pay-as-you-go training materials, software and support services are non-refundable.  This payment option does not offer and is not eligible for our free 14-day trial.  If you wish to take our free 14-day trial, you must purchase the full version Professional program.  To order the Executive Mentorship program using our single payment option with the $600 discount, click here.  To order your Executive Mentorship program using the pay-as-you-go payment option, complete this form and submit.
