Pay-As-You-Go Payment Plan
Disability Associates Inc. Pay-as-you-go Professional Payment Agreement
Disability Associates is proud to announce our new Pay-As-You-Go payment plan. This payment option enables you to purchase our full version Professional training program using the convenient pay-as-you-go payment plan. The price of our Professional option using the pay-as-you-go payment plan is a non-refundable $1289.00. With the pay-as-you-go payment option, you're not obligated to continue your training beyond the first installment. You may end your training at anytime and without penalty. In order to continue training, you simply purchase the next training level.
With the pay-as-you-go payment option, materials are delivered electronically as each payment is made. You can make one or more payments to access one or more training levels. You must have purchased the previous training level before being allowed to access the next training level. You cannot skip a training level.
You will have four months of access and support with each training module. You'll be allow to access materials in the training modules during your membership period of four months. You'll have unlimited access to a single copy of purchased software. If you purchase an additional module during your four month pay-as-you-go membership period, we'll add an additional four months of access to the previously purchased training level. If all three levels are purchased within one year, you'll enjoy one full year of training and support. There is no obligation to purchase additional training or software beyond the first training level. However, once a level has been purchased, there is absolutely no refund.
Payment Schedule:
Upon purchasing level one of our program, you're entering into a pay-as-you-go contract with the Disability Associates Corporation. You're agreeing to purchase our Professional training and support program in three equal payments of $429.67 with a total price of $1289.00. All payments must be initiated by you and paid in full before access will be granted. There will be no automatic payments with the pay-as-you-go program. You may purchase the next level of training at anytime. However, to continue access to the previous level, you must purchase the next level before expiration of the previous training level. To purchase a training level, complete this form and submit.
Training Access Schedule: All products are delivered electronically. Products are delivered within 24 hours of payment not counting weekends. Products are delivered consecutively according to our training schedule below. You may not skip a training level or request information from a higher level until the previous level has been paid in full. :
Level One: Seven Pillars, DA Pro software, Syllabus & Course Schedule and the 9th Edition Advocate Operational Training Module.
Level Two: Student Web Resource Center, SSA Guide, Forms Buddy, 9th Edition DRG Module and the 9th Edition Advocate Operational Business Module. Level Three: Advocate Client Manager (SE) software, 9th Edition Advocate Marketing Module, Customer Presentation Program and free access to the national Client Referral Network. Accessing Materials: All pay-as-you-go training materials are delivered electronically. You'll receive an e-mail with loading instructions within 24 hours of purchase not counting weekends.
Violation of Contract: If any of our training materials are double loaded or shared with an unauthorized user, your membership and access to all training materials including software will be immediately terminated without refund. To avoid this problem, contact our office before attempting a second loading of any material.
Refund Policy: All pay-as-you-go training materials, software and support services are non-refundable. The pay-as-you-go purchase option does not offer and is not eligible for the free 14-day trial. If you wish to take our free 14-day trial, purchase the full version Professional program using the single payment option.
Upgrading Package: You may upgrade the pay-as-you-go Professional package at anytime by paying the difference between the previously purchased level and the full version Executive Mentorship program. To upgrade from pay-as-you-go, please call 303-766-1111 and request to speak with a representative.
Yes, I agree with all terms and conditions as set forth in the Disability Associates, Inc. pay-as-you- go training program agreement described above. I also understand that this payment option is non-refundable and does not require that I purchase additional training levels.
