Privacy policy: To protect your privacy, Disability Associates will use a customer's personally identifiable information for internal marketing and operational purposes only. We will not sell, rent or share your personally identifiable information to any individual, business or agency. All customer information will be held in strict confidence and will remain the sole property of the Disability Associates Inc. Refund Policy Review our Professional training program in the comfort of your home for two full weeks. If at any time during your 14-day trial you decide that disability advocacy is not for you, simply request a full refund, no questions asked! The Professional course trial materials are delivered electronically. However, you may request the Professional materials on CD. If you request the materials on CD, upon request for refund there will be a 15% restocking fee charged to your account. Executive Refund Policy: Our Executive training programs involve staff assignment and other actions that cannot be retrieved once access has been granted. For this reason, all sells of our Executive training and support packages are non-refundable regardless of the method of payment. Cancellations: Cancellations must be received prior to processing and shipping. Cancellations received after processing or shipping on non-refundable products are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. The Executive program is non-refundable and not subject to cancellation ifaccess to any of the materials has been granted. Access Policy: Executive members will be issued a direct telephone number to our support desk and all additional privileges as set forth in the Executive membership product description. Phone support calls are accepted from Executive members for a period of one full year from the date of purchase. Access Renewal: Executive renewals may be purchased at any time by a previous purchaser. All renewals are for a period of one year. Web site and support renewal memberships are non-refundable. Additional Courses To purchase an additional training course, all prior course purchases must be paid in full. Licensing Agreement: Under our licensing agreement, an authorized user of our training and support program is the purchaser of the materials unless otherwise designated at the time of purchase. The sharing of our materials with an unauthorized user will result in the immediate termination of license without consideration of refund. The authorized user of our materials agrees to use said products as recommended. Disability Associates is not responsible for the misuse or misinterpretation of our training materials by any individual or business entity. Software Piracy: Software piracy is against the law! The purchaser agrees not to share access to support or training software with anyone not specifically licensed (authorized) to use said materials by Disability Associates, Inc. The sharing or misuse of any copy protected materials sold by Disability Associates, Inc. will result in the immediate termination of the purchaser’s licensing rights without consideration of refund. 6-Pay Payment Plan: In order to use our 6-pay payment plan, the purchaser agrees to use Visa or Mastercard for all subsequent payments and to provide Disability Associates, Inc. with additional information as requested. The 6-pay payment plan user also understands that the product he/she is purchasing is non-refundable. The 6-pay payment purchaser understands that he/she is responsible for all six monthly payments to be charged to the purchaser's credit card. If a payment plan credit card order is declined, your license and software access will be immediately suspended. If no remedy is found within ten days of the date of suspension, your license and all software will be terminated without consideration of refund and your account will be turned over to collections. The payment plan purchaser will be held responsible for any and all outstanding payments including all costs associated with the recovery of the outstanding debt. CR Network Referrals: Policy and Disclaimer: Although all leads submitted to the Disability Associate's Network have been screened for content and plausibility, we cannot guarantee or predict the viability, profitability or outcome of a referred Social Security disability case. All leads offered through our network are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. All leads are immediately removed from our database when chosen, guaranteeing exclusive access to that lead. To avoid offering duplicate leads, we'll only list a lead once within a one year service period.
