Return Policy

All Advocate Products – Are electronically delivered and are non-refundable.

Ultimate Advocate Training - All training packages are non-refundable which includes set-up fees. You may upgrade your program at any time during your active membership period.

Payment Plans: All training and software products are non-refundable. Failure to make a timely payment will result in the immediate suspension of your account. If an account is not reactivated within seven days from the due date of the last payment, account owner will be charged an additional $100 reactivation fee.

All account cancellations must be received in writing.  If you do not received a cancellation confirmation within 48 hours, please resend or call us at 303-766-1111.

Disability Associates retains the right to terminate an account for any reason. Circumstances that will result in an account termination are allegations of fraud, inappropriate sharing of medical records, mistreatment of applicants, account sharing with unauthorized user, a termination request from Social Security and any other inappropriate use of our training and/or software programs.

All Olivia software subscriptions are non-refundable.  If subscription is terminated in writing, there will be no further charges.  There will be a $150 set-up fee charged for account reinstatement after 30 days.  If you have any questions concerning our refund policy, please contact us.
