After Purchase Support
Non-Executive Student Members When seeking after purchase support, please follow the instructions provided in this syllabus. Failure to follow instructions may result in a delay of response. There are four areas of support provided by our company. 1) Standard Support Inquiry The rules and instructions for standard inquiries and case evaluations are outlined below. Be sure to read and follow the instructions carefully for best results. Do not call for support unless you are an Executive purchaser! For fast support service, use our support e-mail address at stussa@daincpm.net. Disability Associates is closed on weekends, Government and religious holidays. Information Bureau Service Disability Associates offers each student the opportunity to utilize our information bureau service. The bureau is designed to answer your questions concerning our course materials or about the SSA disability program in general. The information bureau service is only available to those who have purchased our home study program. If you hire additional consultants as your service grows, their training must come through us. Utilizing our materials to train anyone other than the purchaser is a direct violation of our copyright. We will only support the purchaser of the program with the exception of our Partnership version. The information bureau will supply prompt written answers to each of your inquiries. We are mandated to answer your questions in written form. There is an at cost fee of $30.00 per inquiry. This small fee enables us to offer our dynamic support while discourages frivolous inquiries. If we are unable to answer an inquiry, you will not be charged.
