What
is
the
Ticket-to-Work

to
remove
barriers
that
previously

disability

returning
to
some
level
of
substantial
gainful

These
barriers

The

those
beneficiaries
who
are
eligible
to
participate
by
issuing
them
a
Ticket. Beneficiaries
receiving
a
Ticket
are
referred
to
as
Ticket-holders.
There

ticket

receive

job
placement
from
an
Employment

the

of
Ticket-to-Work?

services
or
the
coordination/referral
of
services
is
eligible
to
apply
to
be
an
Employment
Network
(EN).
Employment
Networks
can
be a
single
entity,
a
partnership
or
alliance
of
entities
(public
and/or
private),
or a
consortium
of
organizations
collaborating
to
combine
resources
to
serve
Ticket-holders.
Is
Disability
Associates
an
EN?
Yes,
our
firm
is an
authorized
Social
Security
Employment
Network.
Do
you
offer
something
special
to
Ticket-holders?
Yes,
Disability
Associates
offers
a
unique
experimental
program
called
the
Ticket-to-Work
Affiliate
Program
(TWAP).
TWAP
is
not
employment
in
the
traditional
sense.
TWAP
is
an
opportunity
for
Ticket-holders
to
earn
income
from
home
by
becoming
a
professional
blogger.
As
you
communicate
online,
you're
in
affect
promoting
our
universe
of products
and
services.
There
is
no
direct
selling
involved. We
provide
the
training
and
infrastructure
that
will
enable
you
to
take
part
in
this
new
program.
Can
you
explain
your
TWAP
program?
Our
Ticket-to-Work
affiliate
program
enables
a
Social
Security
beneficiary
to
earn
income
from
home
by
becoming
a
part
of
our
experimental
Internet
marketing
program
called
TWAP. The
ticket
holder
will
be
trained
in
how
to
produce
and
disseminate
online
information.
When
a
product
is
sold
as a
result
of
your
online
activities,
you
are
paid
a
percentage
of
that
sale.
Our
TWAP
program
will
provide
you
with
an
online
control
panel
that
enables you
to
track
and
control
your
activities.
You'll
be
paid
per
sale
commission on a
monthly
basis.
Our
program
allows
for
maximum
client
flexibility
and
control
of
schedule
because
you
never
need
to
leave
your
home.
There
is
no
personal
selling
or
custom
contact
involved.
With
TWAP,
how
long
before
pay-day?
We
expect
that
it
will
take
the
average
TWAP
Member
four
to
six
months
before
he
can
expect
to
see
income
as a
result
of
his
online
activity.
This
timeframe
could
be a
good
deal
shorter
but
we
want
to
error
on
the
side
of
conservative
results. The
nature
of
the
Internet
is
such
that
it
can
take several
months
of
consistent
action
by a
TWAP member
before
that information
dissemination
results
in
sales.
